Luxury Garage Condominiums in Northeast, Florida

This project is for a storage facility geared towards car enthusiasts but accommodates all types of wheeled recreational vehicles. It is located in Nocatee Florida near the affluent neighborhoods of Ponte Vedra Beach. Hurricanes and their threats of wind and flood damage helped fuel the need of collectable car owners to find safer storage locations and many of these auto enthusiasts also like to get together with other car collectors. With few area projects out there directly focusing on this market, the client, DHA and a contractor teamed up to look for a new solution. This was a true collaboration process that resulted in a very popular and successful project.
