Project scope included a seventeen-building campus built on the Potomac River in Shepherdstown, West Virginia. Glenn Dasher was the Project Design Architect for the entry / Auditorium / Museum building and team member on the Community Center while employed by the Architect of Record, Keyes Condon Florence, Washington DC which is now the Smith Group.
