DHA was the design Architect in association with local planning, Civil and Landscape firm Prosser in a competition for a series of new residential amenities located in the neighborhood of Tamaya in Jacksonville Florida. They included a new Clubhouse and Waterpark, Commercial, Retail and Gateway entrance features. These are a few of the design sketches and renderings developed for our team design presentation.
