This project retail shopping center on Beach Boulevard, a busy shopping artery, in Jacksonville, FL. The project, completed in 2016, is comprised of eight tenant spaces with outdoor dining available for the corner anchor tenants. The building was constructed using quality materials, including buff colored face brick, cast stone, standing seam metal roofs. Outdoor spaces are covered in a combination of wood pergolas and fabric awnings to protect from the Florida sun.
