Located on the Ortega River near the mouth of the St. Johns River, Ortega Landing is one of the First Coast’s most distinctive condominium developments. The planned unit development includes a new 192-slip marina and a 3,224 square foot yacht club with a new 860 square foot deck. The community will include 40 condominium units, all featuring three bedrooms and three baths. The Ortega Landing condominium portion was designed as a three-phased, artisan-style building. The first building built has eight residences over one story of parking.
