Located on the water’s edge of Marineland amidst virtually every coastal habitat in Florida, the University of Florida Whitney Laboratory campus houses rapidly growing educational / outreach programs for students of all ages, including undergraduate, graduate, and postgraduate students. The 17,000 sq. ft. Center for Marine studies houses a 300 seat auditorium, biotechnology and teaching laboratories, classrooms, and a two-story interactive/flex space overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway. The new dormitories will be developed as funding becomes available. This project represents previous individual experience.
