Augustine Island is a unique residential development consisting of 5 buildings containing 40 unit town homes

that vary from 3,000 – 3,500 square feet including attached 2-car garages. 70% of the perimeter of the site is surrounded by water accessed by a private Bridge Entrance. Each building is shaped to create  common courtyard entrances to all of the individual residencies that all have waterfront views.
