The America Online Member Services Center was a regional call center for the internet services provider. In addition to its main call center function, the 125,000 square foot facility included extensive staff and operational support spaces including an employee training center, dining, outdoor patios, and a full fitness center
The facility was designed around a robust infrastructure which included redundant mechanical and electrical systems and access flooring to ensure continuous 24/7 operation and maximum flexibility. The two-story facility is divided into two wings connected by a central lobby with the main call centers on each wing taking advantage of natural daylight and views to the rear of the building.
