These concepts were generated as part of a design competition to redevelop an existing business park in Cairo, Egypt with prominent views of the great pyramids of Giza. The project involved updating the exterior design of numerous existing buildings as well as infilling with new construction to create a more cohesive, sustainable, and walkable neighborhood. The project included roughly 1.5M square feet of mixed-use space including office, retail, and parking.
