Marina San Pablo Yacht Club
Location: Jacksonville, FL
Area: 4,000 s.f.
Completion Date: 2006
The Marina San Pablo Yacht Club is a 4,000 s.f. amenity center serving the residents of the condominium development as well as the owners of the 90 boat slips in the private marina. The facility was designed to provide an elegant venue for social as well as recreational functions for its users. It includes a formal and informal lounge, catering kitchen, fitness center, exterior cabana with summer kitchen, as well as a lap pool and exterior restroom facilities. It is constructed on an elevated terrace overlooking the marina yet subtly separated from it by the 5 foot grade difference. The building’s design reflects the Mediterranean aesthetic of the overall development with a material palette of stucco, cypress wood detailing, and roofs of Spanish barrel tile and standing seam copper.
