Marina San Pablo Condominium
Location: Jacksonville, FL
Area: 480,000 s.f.
Completion Date: 2006
Marina San Pablo, a 12 story condominium on the Intracoastal Waterway in Jacksonville, is one of the most prestigious residential communities in North Florida. The architecture, inspired by Mizner’s turn-of-the-century Palm Beach Palaces, was designed to create a sophisticated classical structure while avoiding many of the clichés typical of much of Florida’s “Mediterranean” architecture.
This project is a phased, two-building, luxury condominium development with 113-units ranging from 1,700 s.f. to 5,300 s.f. The buildings are oriented around a marina and yacht club with 90 boat slips accommodating boats up to 60-feet.
