ITERA International Headquarters
Location: Jacksonville, Florida
Construction Cost: $8,000,000
Area: 60,000 s.f.
The U.S. corporate headquarters for a Moscow-based energy company expresses the stability associated with a classical stone building combined with clean modern architectural details. ITERA’s desire to have a stronger visual presence was achieved by placing the building over the garage and by incorporating a 30′ high entry rotunda connected to the rest of the office by two gallery corridors adjacent to the exterior balconies.
