Glenn Dasher, AIA, LEED® AP BD+C
Glenn Dasher, principal, co-founded Dasher Hurst after 12 years as a design principal at Rink Design Partnership, Inc. Prior to Rink, Glenn spent 11 years working with some of the most renowned design firms in Washington D.C.
Glenn, a registered architect and a LEED® Accredited Professional, has been honored with numerous awards by the AIA Jacksonville for his designs and artistic talents as well as his contributions to the community and architectural profession. Glenn served as president of the AIA Jacksonville Chapter from 2007-2008, and as past chapter director and secretary. He was a member of the 2003 class of Leadership Jacksonville and has been a mentor for Florida First Coast Families.
Glenn grew up in Jacksonville where he graduated from Bishop Kenny High School. He received his under -graduate degree in architecture from Florida A&M University and an Associate of Arts and Master of Architecture degree from the University of Florida. Also a talented chef and golfer, he loves spending time with his family following his children’s triathlons, swim and track meets, and other sports events.

A co-founding principal at Dasher Hurst Architects, Tom Hurst has a diverse portfolio of work that includes corporate, hospitality, institutional, mixed-use, and residential structures. As a design principal at Rink Design, Tom was responsible for many of the firm’s award winning projects over the course of his 10 years with the firm.
Tom is active in the local chapter of the American Institute of Architects, and is Past President (2013) of the Jacksonville Chapter. He also is past chairman of the chapter’s annual golf tournament and its design awards gala. Tom is a Registered Architect and Interior Designer in Florida, a LEED® Accredited Professional, and also a member of the National Trust for Historic Preservation, reflecting his appreciation of historic and vernacular architecture.
Tom was raised in Ohio and is a graduate of Kent State University where he received Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Architecture degrees. After graduation, Tom had the opportunity to work with several well-regarded firms in his hometown of Cleveland for 10 years prior to relocating to Jacksonville, Florida. Tom loves to spend time with his wife and three children, including camping and a variety of sports and musical activities.
